Overview The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is seeking an ICT Operations Officer to provide advanced end-user support across the organisation. The Role The role provides advanced end-user support across NHMRC, with a strong focus on Executive (VIP) support, resolution of Level 2 incidents and requests, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role acts as the primary escalation point from ICT Support Officers, taking ownership of complex, high-impact or time-sensitive issues and driving them through to resolution. The role is hands-on and user-facing, with particular depth in video conferencing, printing, desktop and application support, workplace technology and supporting Microsoft Azure based services and cloud integrated environments. While contributing to operational activities, the primary focus is on incident resolution, service quality and user experience.
