This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the MyGRDC Digital Manager is accountable for the end-to-end product ownership, performance, continuous improvement and strategic carriage of MyGRDC as a flagship component of the GRDC Data Ecosystem and GRDC’s primary personalised digital engagement channel. The role is responsible for maximising the value, adoption and trusted use of MyGRDC by managing its product strategy, roadmap, governance, stakeholder engagement, service performance and ongoing evolution. It ensures MyGRDC delivers hyper-personalised, relevant and trustworthy information and digital experiences to GRDC stakeholders, while aligning business priorities, content, data, technology and delivery teams around a shared product vision. Working across business, communications, data, analytics and technical delivery domains, the role provides functional leadership across the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritisation through to delivery, optimisation, adoption and benefits realisation. The role also ensures effective governance, strong stakeholder relationship management, sound use of data and insights, and the application of modern digital, analytics enabled practices to improve product relevance, experience and performance over time.
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
