The Role The role includes: Assessing and managing normal, emergency and retrospective changes Leading Change Review Board processes Evaluating technical, operational and security impacts of changes Coordinating change activity associated with P1 and P2 incidents Working closely with incident managers, technical teams, vendors and operational stakeholders to confirm implementation, testing, rollback and post-implementation arrangements Ensuring risks, dependencies and stakeholder impacts are appropriately managed
