This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking two ICT labour hire resources to fill the role of Organisational Change Manager. The positions sit within the ICT Portfolio Management Office in the Digital and Service Delivery Branch of DFAT's Information Management and Technology Division. The Role The Organisational Change Managers (OCMs) will play a key role in enabling the successful adoption and embedding of new capabilities by assessing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, supporting communication strategies, and facilitating sustained behavioural and operational change.
