This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Finance is undertaking an Approach to Market (ATM) process to procure 2 x Senior Full Stack Developers (EL1 equivalent). The Senior Full Stack Developers are integral to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality digital solutions that support Whole-of-Government service obligations. The Role Successful candidates will operate within an agile delivery team, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS) application. They will provide technical expertise while working collaboratively with the product manager, scrum master, testers and other developers to deliver functional, user-centric products through iterative and incremental development cycles. These roles are responsible for translating technical requirements into working solutions, ensuring the PDMS product is robust, scalable, and aligned with agile principles. The team values collaboration, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering value to users in every sprint. The Senior Full Stack Developer will work across the entire technology stack, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.
