This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Requirements Application, software engineering and development services to build a Minimal Viable Product soil information system for Papua New Guinea. Work with CSIRO and PNG partner technical staff to develop a soil information system, including: AWS environment, user accounts etc (in progress) soil site data base, Postgres, schema similar to ANSIS but simplified and aligned to PNG soil ‘standards’ (in progress) soil data storage, spatial data, reports etc (in progress) soil data catalogue, metadata, searchable, to manage all data elements ability to load soil site data to DB and other soil data to storage, register to catalogue UI for data discovery, search and display of spatial elements – site data, map layers Data access and download Complete documentation of the system architecture and build along with on-going management requirements will be required.
