Overview The City and Environment Directorate (ACT) is seeking a contractor to undertake construction works for bus stop accessibility upgrades to meet Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliance requirements. Scope The scope includes: Construction of bus stop accessibility upgrades to meet DDA compliance, as detailed in the Construction tender drawing Construction works at 12 bus stop sites (Pay Item 1-13), which form the tender price Pricing of 4 additional bus stop sites (Pay Item 14-17), which are not included in the tender price Contract Terms and Conditions The budget for the project is capped One or more of the 4 sites priced under Pay Item 14-17 may be added into the contract An extension of time of 1 week per site will be added to the contract period if requested for any of the added sites No loss of profit or overhead will be paid for Pay Items 14-17 if they are not constructed Enquiries Contact: Tenders ACT Team (Enquiries) Phone: +61 (02) 62079000 Email: tendersact@act.gov.au
