LH-06627 - One (1) x full time resource - SFIA 4 UX/UI Designer UX/UI Designers for spokes Embedded within a delivery team and projects, working as UX/UI designer in the context of the Department of software development lifecycle. The engagement period can be up to 7months so ideally the candidates should be available to deliver the full release cycles. Our Designers are expected to: • Drive evidence-based design decisions by drawing on user research insights, understanding of users, their context of use, as well as standards (e.g.WCAG, DSS 2.0) and best practice • Cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, other UX designers, developers, and product owner to ensure design intent is defined and preserved, and the resulting user experience is consistent, accessible, and high performing. • Contribute into the development of the HLFD (High level functional design document) which may include documentation, UI specification and design walkthrough as required. The duties include (not limited to): • Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise design concepts and user flows to ensure alignment between business requirements, user requirements, and technical feasibility • Evaluation of usability of designs through testing with real users, identify pain points, and iterate on designs based on feedback • Raising UX risks through the appropriate channels to maintain UX assurance. • Monitoring analytics and feedback of the digital services and work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement • Evolving design system to enable design and delivery efficiency, and ensure consistent user experience The seller must ensure that the Labour Hire worker performing the services during the term of this contract, facilitate an effective transfer of skills and knowledge to the buyer to enable full use of services and deliverables and associated documents.
