LH-06773 - One (1) Senior Test Analyst Job details Test Analysts determine and then carry out testing activities to validate the design and behaviour of systems and services. Key duties and responsibilities The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to: Testing & Quality Assurance • Coordinating Test Plans and Strategies. • Testing a range of cases and scenarios. • Identifying, recording and tracking defects and issues from concept through to resolution stage. • Working collaboratively with developers and analysts to triage defects and validate fixes. • Providing clear quality assurance assessments and Go or No-Go recommendations for releases. • Testing data and execution evidence. • Conducting functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. • Identify, document, and manage defects using agreed tools and processes. • Ensuring traceability between requirements and test coverage. • Maintaining test artefacts. Stakeholder Engagement • Working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. • Such as, business stakeholders, business analysts and delivery teams. • Supporting business areas during user acceptance testing (UAT), including test execution and defect resolution. • Providing clear and timely advice on quality risks, impacts, and mitigation. • Clearly communicating testing progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders. Delivery Support • Supporting Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies. • Participating in sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews). • Validating user stories and acceptance criteria. • Supporting release readiness and post‑implementation verification activities. Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices. The Specified Personnel will be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to: • Project risk analysis; • Test scripts/code; • Detailed test plans; • Test progress reports; • Test summary reports; • Test matrix. All deliverables performed by the specified personnel must: • be performed or delivered promptly and without delay in accordance with the timeframes notified by the buyer from time to time; and • meet the assessment and performance criteria set out in any monitoring and performance assessment processes notified to the seller from time to time.
