This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Office of Parliamentary Counsel (ACT) is seeking an AV solution for two meeting rooms on Level 4, 28 Sydney Avenue, Forrest, as part of Phase 2 of its meeting room upgrade project. About In Phase 1 of the project, OPC installed NEAT AV solutions in meeting rooms that did not require any construction, including small/medium huddle AV solutions and small/medium boardroom AV solutions. Purpose OPC is looking to install upgraded AV equipment in two meeting rooms with niche requirements, following on from the Phase 1 implementation. Scope The scope includes: Provision of an AV solution for Meeting Room 1, a large meeting and collaboration space capable of being divided into four smaller meeting rooms as required Support for multiple operating scenarios in Meeting Room 1, including use as a single large room, use as four smaller rooms operating concurrently, and smooth transition between these configurations to support meetings, workshops, training delivery, briefings and hybrid participation Delivery of reliable, high-quality audio and visual performance across all Meeting Room 1 configurations, clear presentation of shared content, support for hybrid participation, and simple operation when transitioning between room setups Provision of an AV solution for Meeting Room 2, a multi-purpose space supporting ICT project activities, training delivery, collaboration, workshops and hybrid engagement Delivery of reliable audio and visual capability in Meeting Room 2, clear visibility of shared content, support for hybrid engagement, and straightforward operation for a variety of room uses Meeting Room 1 individual room sizes are: Room 1: 4570mm x 8090mm Room 2: 3610mm x 8090mm Room 3: 3670mm x 8090mm Room 4: 3660mm x 8090mm Combined room size: 15,510mm x 8,090mm Meeting Room 2 size: 5380mm x 8590mm. Contract Terms and Conditions Timelines are not yet fixed, as dates are dependent upon the design and construction phases of the project.
