This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian War Memorial (AWM) is seeking an experienced vendor to conduct a comprehensive architecture review of its Digital Asset Management Systems (DAMS) and develop an actionable roadmap for the consolidation and modernisation of its digital asset management ecosystem. The engagement will also include remediation planning for known issues, migration planning, workflow modernisation, and recommendations to improve security, resilience, interoperability and operational excellence. About The AWM maintains a range of DAMS supporting the management, preservation, publication and dissemination of digital collections, media assets, corporate records and supporting content. Over time, multiple DAMS platforms, workflows and integrations have evolved to support various business functions. This has resulted in duplicated capabilities, fragmented processes, technical debt, operational inefficiencies, cyber security risks, and constraints on scalability and public engagement outcomes. Objectives The objectives of this engagement are to: Assess the current-state digital asset management architecture, platforms, integrations, workflows and operating model Review and validate existing identified issues, risks and technical debt associated with current DAMS solutions Develop a target-state enterprise architecture that supports enterprise-wide digital asset management, collection management and preservation requirements, public access and engagement services, scalable digital service delivery, operational efficiency and automation, and future business growth Define a strategy for consolidation of multiple DAMS environments into a sustainable Enterprise DAMS capability Develop migration and decommissioning strategies for legacy platforms Identify opportunities to modernise workflows, automation and system integrations Improve interoperability across business systems and digital channels Strengthen cyber security posture, resilience, governance and compliance Deliver an implementation roadmap with prioritised recommendations, cost estimates, dependencies and risk mitigation strategies Scope The vendor will undertake the following activities: Current State Assessment Architectural Review Enterprise DAMS Strategy Consolidation Strategy Data Migration and Legacy Decommissioning Workflow and Integration Modernisation Cyber Security and Resilience Assessment
