Overview The Department of Parliamentary Services (ACT) is seeking to engage a provider for the delivery of Technical Advisory and Assurance Services for the Replacement of Secure Radio Communications Project. Scope Provision of technical advisory and assurance services for the Replacement of Secure Radio Communications Project Contractor Requirements Respondents will be assessed against the following essential criteria: Approach to Service Delivery: Demonstrated understanding of the services required and delivery methodology aligned to the requirements. Technical capability, Advisory and Technical Delivery Experience: Demonstrated experience delivering independent technical advisory and assurance services for complex communications technology environments, including procurement support, solution assessment, technical assurance activities, identification of technical risks and issues, and preparation of recommendations and decision-support artefacts supporting governance and project decision-making. Technical capability, Communications Management Systems (ICCS) Expertise: Demonstrated experience with communications management systems, including communications control and dispatch platforms, communications recording systems, telephony and intercom integration, operational communications environments, and the assessment, replacement, upgrade or assurance of communications management capabilities. Capability and Capacity, Quality of proposed team and delivery capacity: Provision of suitably qualified personnel with appropriate skills, availability and role clarity, and demonstrated capacity to deliver within the required timeframe, manage competing stakeholder needs, produce executive-ready artefacts, and maintain continuity of key personnel throughout the engagement.
