Migration to Microsoft Teams Calling The Australian War Memorial (the Memorial) seeks to migrate from our current Avaya based telephony system to Microsoft Teams Calling. This will include the procurement of a cloud‑hosted Session Border Controller (SBC) service to facilitate the transition from the current state to the new environment. The SBC service must provide a secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant solution for call routing, number management, and integration with Microsoft Teams.
