Overview The eSafety Commissioner is seeking quotes for two Statements of Work (SoW): Core Switch Migration and Network Support Retainer. Respondents are asked to quote for each SoW as separate items so the Commissioner can contract for one or both as required. Scope SoW - Core Switch Migration This Statement of Work covers the migration of physical and logical network services supporting a VMware virtualisation platform and core connectivity from 2x HPE FlexFabric switches to 2x Aruba CX 8100 switches. All equipment is located within the same rack at the Macquarie Datacentre, Sydney. The scope includes: Migration of physical and logical network services from HPE FlexFabric switches to Aruba CX 8100 switches SoW - Network Support Retainer The scope includes: Provision of ongoing network support services under a retainer agreement Level 2 and Level 3 operational and engineering support for eSafety's on-premise network environment, including switching, security, connectivity, and routing infrastructure Objectives SoW - Core Switch Migration Replace HPE FlexFabric switches with Aruba CX8100 switches Reuse transceivers in HPE FlexFabric switches in the Aruba CX8100 switches Reuse existing cabling Migrate networks (physical and logical) to Aruba CX8100s Maintain service availability and minimise disruption Deliver complete as-built documentation SoW - Network Support Retainer Ensure reliable and secure operation of network infrastructure Provide timely technical support and incident resolution Maintain optimal performance and availability Deliver expert guidance on configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement Reduce downtime and operational risk Instructions to Tenderers Please quote for both SoW as separate items so eSafety can contract for one or both as required.
