About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) is seeking to engage a supplier to provide experienced Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practitioners on a part-time basis to support the implementation and operationalisation of its new Cyber Security GRC Framework. Scope The scope includes: Working collaboratively with AUSTRAC stakeholders to develop and embed governance, risk, compliance and assurance processes Developing supporting procedures, templates, reporting mechanisms, and governance artefacts Identifying improvement opportunities within the GRC Framework Supporting organisational adoption of new GRC practices Contributing to the development of operational processes, governance and assurance frameworks Contributing to compliance monitoring and reporting mechanisms Contributing to stakeholder engagement activities Contractor Requirements Proposed resources must have demonstrated experience delivering cyber security GRC capabilities within Australian Government environments Strong knowledge of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), Information Security Manual (ISM) and government security requirements Contract Terms and Conditions Resources will be engaged on a part-time basis with a minimum commitment of two days per week throughout the engagement Instructions to Tenderers Further details are provided in the Statement of Requirements (SOR).
