About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Seeking a suitably qualified provider to design, establish, mobilise and operate a Digital Portfolio Governance Office (DPGO) for the organisation’s ICT project and program portfolio. The DPGO will strengthen governance, and support readiness for external assurance. It will provide an enterprise-wide capability to improve executive decision-making and increase delivery confidence through improved visibility, reporting, resource, risk and dependency management. The provider will establish the DPGO, implement fit-for-purpose methodologies for waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery using the division’s strategic tool, and provide ongoing operation, advice and support for the term of the engagement.
