This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Requirements AUSTRAC is undergoing a significant transformation due to recent legislative reforms passed by Parliament. These reforms will extend Australia's existing anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) legislation to include certain high-risk services. This includes designated services provided by lawyers, accountants, trust and company service providers, real estate agents, and dealers in precious metals and stones. As a result, it is anticipated that AUSTRAC’s reporting population will expand from around 17,000 to around 100,000 reporting entities. AUSTRAC’s current reporting population includes the financial services sector, gambling sector, as well as money services and bullion. AUSTRAC is looking for a vendor to provide technical services for enhancement, maintenance and long-term support of Salesforce, AUSTRAC`s Bulk email service provider.
