This Tender is invited by the Issuer. This information will inform a second pass business case and a New Policy Proposal which will be presented to Government to establish a funding source for the replacement of the current ECC6 ERP. The initial requirement is a finalised and approved first pass business case presented to Government followed by a second pass business case to be presented to Government at Budget 2027-28.
