About this tender

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. **NB: The maximum number of Sellers this RFQ is being released to has been reached. This RFQ will not be extended to additional Sellers.** The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) is seeking an intranet transition solution to provide a functional, error free modern Intranet site using SharePoint Online on PM&C’s new cloud tenant for both Departments, PM&C and APSC. The successful vendor will provide an Intranet Transition solution using skilled and experience resources to: Design, build and deploy SharePoint Online Intranet Sites in the Departments cloud tenancy Include features such as Corporate Directory, Corporate Calendar, Azure EntraID and M365 Teams Integrations. Design a fit for purpose Information Architecture Validate and display content Engage with PM&C business teams to design and develop intranet content including content management processes. Configure the sites with functional enhancements Responses must be prepared in accordance with the requirements outlined in Intranet Transition Requirements which details the specifications, scope, and deliverables for this RFQ. For a detailed description of the role and responsibilities associated with the content redevelopment activities – Web Content Writer – Position Description Suppliers must complete and submit the Business Declaration Form as part of their response. The Business Declaration Form is a mandatory requirement under this RFQ and must be completed in full and submitted at the time of lodgement.
