This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Scope of Services All roles will be required to provide subject matter expertise to operational cyber functions. The Cybersecurity Technical Advisor will provide specialist advisory and technical services in the one of the below specialist areas, including but not limited to: Security Technical Advisor Provide expert advice on secure‑by‑design architecture principles and cyber security best practice. Provide Cyber Security technical leadership and advisory on core internal capabilities including CSoC, vulnerability management and network and infrastructure. Support architecture and engineering teams to embed cybersecurity controls into solution designs and architecture. Security Assessments and Authorisation Conduct cyber security assessments and risk assessments across systems and services. Prepare and maintain system security documentation including: System Risk Management Plans (SRMPs) System Security Plans (SSPs) and SSP Annexes Incident Response Plans (IRPs) Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) Support system accreditation and IRAP‑related documentation. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Design and support implementation of a scalable and secure identity and access management framework and system(s). Provide technical input on access control, authentication mechanisms, and identity governance. Tenderers must clearly identify which of the three roles each proposed candidate is being submitted for.
