This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts is approaching the market for an industry partner to stand up the Department's Reusable Application Platform and Intelligent Delivery (RAPID) capability and deliver early workload outcomes. Purpose RAPID is intended to support code delivery, including application code, configuration as code (CaC), and infrastructure as code (IaC), to the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure PaaS platform using extensible patterns, with the option to use AI-enabled coding assistance where appropriate. Scope The scope includes: Standing up the Department's RAPID capability Delivering early workload outcomes using the RAPID capability Delivery of application code, configuration as code (CaC), and infrastructure as code (IaC) to the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure PaaS platform using extensible patterns Use of AI-enabled coding assistance where appropriate Support for applications such as the Green Vehicle Guide and Board Appointments Provision of capability for converting legacy Access DB based applications
