About this tender

Housing ACT previously established the Residential Construction Building Contracts Panel in April 2020. The panel was established to provide services relating to design and construction of residential building projects including standalone houses, townhouses and multi-unit, and class C adaptable dwellings. These projects may also include the management of subcontracts for documentation development, demolition of existing structures and certification services. The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to enable additional builders to be engaged to the existing panel of suitably qualified suppliers. For consideration to be appointed to the panel, builders must meet the threshold criterion of: Prequalification – the Tenderer must be prequalified with the ACT to CB (unrestricted) and/ or CB (restricted) and/or CR under the National Prequalification Scheme as at the date of close of tenders Apply for ACT prequalification - Infrastructure Canberra Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate – the Tenderer must hold a Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate (Certificate) as at the date of close of Tenders (https://www.procurement.act.gov.au/secure-local-jobs/apply) Submission of a Labour Relations, Training and Workplace Equity Plan (https://www.procurement.act.gov.au/secure-local-jobs/resources) WHS Management System – Tenderers are to provide evidence that they have a WHS Management System certified as compliant to current AS/NZS standards or a Certificate issued by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner To obtain the RFT documentation, prospective suppliers must send an email request to ACTHousingGRProcurement@act.gov.au Note: Tenders must be lodged electronically via ACTHousingGRProcurement@act.gov.au
