Overview The Suburban Land Agency (SLA), on behalf of the ACT Government, is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the civil and landscape construction works for Whitlam Stage 4B, comprising Stages 4B1 and 4B2. Scope The scope includes: Civil and landscape construction works for Stage 4B1, comprising 61 single residential blocks and one multi-unit block Civil and landscape construction works for Stage 4B2, comprising 77 single residential blocks and one multi-unit block Delivery of roads Earthworks Stormwater drainage Sewer and water infrastructure Associated civil infrastructure, in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved designs and relevant ACT Government standards Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site inspection and industry briefing will be held for this opportunity.
