This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) is seeking to engage professional services from sellers, through this Request for Quote (RFQ), to undertake an independent technical assurance and review of DVA's Digital Strategy 2025-2030 and Technology Roadmaps (2025-30 and 2025-35). Purpose The independent assurance, advice and recommendations sought under this RFQ are intended to mature DVA's operating environment through SaaS and cloud-first applications and platforms, and to ensure alignment with DVA's corporate objectives, policies and strategies, in parallel with whole of government strategies and priorities. Scope The scope includes: Independent technical assurance and review of DVA's Digital Strategy 2025-2030 Independent technical assurance and review of DVA's Technology Roadmaps (2025-30 and 2025-35) Technical assurance activities into DVA's future system architecture, including ICT, digital and data environments Provision of recommendations to mature DVA's operating environment through SaaS and cloud-first applications and platforms Instructions to Tenderers Additional details are specified in this RFQ.
