Overview The Australian Research Council (ARC) is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to lead the design, development, integration and continuous improvement of the ARC's Research Management System (RMS) and associated research ecosystem platforms. The Role The role includes: Providing technical leadership across enterprise application development Leading business integration activities Managing Persistent Identifier (PID) services Managing Digital Object Identifier (DOI) minting Managing integration with DOI registration agencies (for example, DataCite) Managing research metadata and system interoperability Acting as a key technical advisor for research systems, ensuring business requirements, architecture decisions and integration solutions align with policy requirements, organisational objectives and sector best practice Role Requirements Deep knowledge of ARC RMS business processes, technical architecture and implementation requirements Extensive hands-on experience delivering secure, scalable .NET solutions
