About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (ACT) is seeking a supplier to provide service design and business architecture consultancy services to the ACT Revenue Office. Scope The Supplier will work collaboratively with ACT Revenue Office stakeholders to undertake discovery and analysis activities that establish a shared understanding of the current environment, customer and staff needs, service intent, service boundaries and business capabilities. The scope includes: Development of discovery findings Current-state ecosystem analysis Product and capability models Customer journey maps Service blueprints Service improvement recommendations Development of a consolidated Service Design Pack that provides a clear evidence base for subsequent planning, decision-making and procurement activities Enquiries Buyer contact: actro.industryconnect@act.gov.au
