Tabletop Cyber Incident and Data Breach exercise

Overview Professional Services Review (PSR) is seeking a suitably qualified service provider to design and facilitate a tabletop exercise simulating a cyber incident and potential data breach. Purpose The exercise will assess PSR's incident response preparedness, stakeholder coordination, decision-making, data breach management and communication processes. Scope The scope includes: Design and facilitation of the tabletop exercise simulating a cyber incident and potential data breach Facilitation of the exercise, including identification of gaps and improvement opportunities Provision of a post-exercise report outlining key findings and recommendations
