Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 1 x APS6 Change Analyst to be engaged as a Labour Hire Worker to undertake work of high complexity or sensitivity delivering quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA. The Role The APS6 Change Analyst is accountable under broad direction and will exercise a considerable degree of independence, using a high level of decision-making and judgement. The role will support the development of change strategies, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of change across the NDIA. The APS6 Change Analyst, along with the EL1 Change Manager, is responsible for delivering organisational change initiatives effectively and efficiently and for supporting people leaders to lead their teams through change. Where required, the role may represent the NDIA to advance the NDIA's interests in cross-agency, inter-jurisdictional and other forums. Key duties and responsibilities Establishing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Strategic Change Branch, Strategic Communications Division, Scheme Transformation and Capability Division, ICT delivery teams, NDIA people leaders and external parties, which may include providers and members of the disability community Delivering change management and program outcomes on schedule, within budget and aligned with organisational goals and objectives Effectively engaging with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed and accurate change impact assessments Identifying and mitigating resistance to change using proactive strategies and interventions Understanding and reporting on change impact as well as identifying overlapping areas and gaps, continuous improvement plans and strategies Supporting business areas for effective communication with participants, staff and partners by ensuring leaders have the information they need to perform their role as change champions Identifying and escalating any concerns or reputational risks associated with communications, media and marketing activities, and supporting the mitigation of these risks Role Requirements As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, the NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check. For personnel contracted in the ACT, VIC or QLD, a labour hire licence is required in the state in which the specified personnel are being contracted.
