ServiceNow Program – Lead Resource for outcome delivery
Tender Overview
About this tender
Overview The University of Wollongong is seeking an experienced ServiceNow implementation partner to provide a lead resource for the discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live support of the ServiceNow Program workstreams outlined in the tender documentation. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a lead resource for the ServiceNow Program Discovery activities for the workstreams outlined in the tender documentation Design of the ServiceNow solution across the relevant workstreams Configuration of the ServiceNow platform Testing of the configured solution Deployment of the solution Go-live support Instructions to Tenderers Where a distinction is made between Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and Future State functionality, proponents are requested to: Price the MVP scope as the committed delivery scope detailed Identify and separately price future-state capabilities as optional enhancements Clearly outline assumptions, dependencies, implementation approach and indicative effort for both MVP and future-state components The University's preferred delivery approach is an incremental, value-first implementation model, delivered at a deliberate and sustainable pace of organisational change. Each business area will be provided with an internal familiarisation period to adopt and refine ways of working within the new workspace before self-service request forms are released to broader end users. Vendors should propose a delivery methodology that supports progressive adoption, user confidence and continuous improvement.
How to respond to this tender
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Read the requirements in full
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Answer every criterion with evidence
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Lodge early through the official portal
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
