Overview The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking a Benefits Management and Risk Specialist to support the effective management of benefits, risks, issues and dependencies across the Funding and Disclosure (FAD) Reform Program. The Role The role includes: Establishing and maintaining fit-for-purpose frameworks, plans, registers, profiles and reporting arrangements to support informed decision-making, effective governance and achievement of program outcomes Working closely with FAD leadership, delivery branches, governance forums and key stakeholders to provide strategic advice, assurance and practical support to strengthen program management capability Facilitating workshops and reviews Monitoring actions and treatments Identifying emerging concerns and interdependencies Supporting timely escalation and resolution of issues Helping align benefits, risks, issues and dependencies with program objectives, delivery priorities and scaled agile ways of working Enquiries Buyer contact: FADTalent@aec.gov.au
