Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 1 x APS6 Marketing Cloud Administrator to support its Scheme Platforms Support & Monitoring function within the Technology Services Division (TSD). About The NDIA's Technology Services Division is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative, fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The Role The Scheme Platforms Support & Monitoring team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to manage the organisation's marketing automation platform. The role includes: Overseeing and maintaining all aspects of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance Managing data within the platform Creating and executing marketing campaigns Monitoring and analysing campaign results Providing support to the marketing team Eligibility NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria; candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed Rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process Labour hire licences are required in the state where specified personnel are contracted, applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD
