Overview eHealth NSW, on behalf of NSW Ambulance, is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to design, supply, implement and support a modern Triple Zero (000) telephony solution for NSW Ambulance's critical control centre operations. Objectives The goal is to provide a scalable, resilient and supported solution to meet current operational requirements and future service demands across NSW Ambulance, including the State Operations Centre, Regional Control Centres, Aeromedical Control Centre and Virtual Clinical Care Centre (VCCC).
