1 Lead Organisational Change Management Officer

Overview The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking a Lead Organisational Change Management Officer to support organisational change management activities. The Role The role includes: Defining and communicating the approach for change management for a significant part of the organisation Initiating, planning, and leading strategic, large, and complex change management initiatives Providing guidance and raising awareness to help change leaders demonstrate effective behaviours to deliver organisational change Establishing feedback processes and leading analyses of change management successes Enabling continual improvements to change management methodology, tools, and training necessary to enhance maturity across the organisation Undertaking any other tasks as directed by the buyer Enquiries Buyer contact: DigitalServicesLabourHire@Health.gov.au
