This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) requires the services of an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to work within the Technology Delivery (TD) Branch of the agency's Technology Services Division (TSD). The Role The Technical Delivery Manager will empower the agency's Product Managers to define the roadmap for products and services, remove blockers and support the delivery team so that they can maintain delivery throughput. The role includes: Unblocking issues and supporting the delivery team Monitoring and improving the performance of the delivery team Applying agile methodologies, learning and iterating products and processes frequently to meet user needs Working closely with architecture, security, operations, product teams and external delivery partners to drive alignment between business priorities, technical strategy and delivery outcomes Ensuring solutions meet clinical, operational, interoperability and security requirements Delivery governance, technical assurance, risk and dependency management, vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives Strengthening the Agency's internal system integration capability by establishing delivery practices, maintaining technical standards and fostering collaboration across teams to support the ongoing evolution of Australia's national digital health ecosystem Role Requirements Experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, including working with agile methodologies Enquiries Buyer contact: tenderresponses@digitalhealth.gov.au
