About this tender
Overview The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) is seeking a suitably qualified seller to provide an end-to-end delivery service for Tech Remediation 1, comprising the remediation and migration of existing iApply and Neuron transactions to the target OutSystems and Boomi platform ecosystem. Scope The scope includes: End-to-end delivery of the remediation and migration of existing iApply and Neuron transactions to the target OutSystems and Boomi platform ecosystem Planning, design, build, testing, deployment and transition activities required to deliver the migrated transactions Delivery of associated integrations and technical artefacts Contractor Requirements Ability to propose an appropriate delivery approach, team structure, governance model, assumptions and dependencies Demonstrated capability to deliver secure, accessible, scalable and supportable outcomes within a complex government technology environment Instructions to Tenderers Pricing is not sought as part of the initial RFQ submission. Following evaluation of technical capability and delivery approach, ASIC intends to shortlist suppliers and invite them to participate in a supplier briefing and commercial dialogue process. Detailed pricing submissions will be requested from shortlisted suppliers at that stage. Please refer to the attached Schedule 1, Statement of Requirements (SOR), for further details.
