1 Manager Technical Delivery

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) requires the services of an experienced Technical Delivery Manager. The role will be engaged as a "Principal Technical Delivery Lead" under the agency's internal Organisation Chart. About This is a new requirement and is not a reapproach to market for LH-07605. The Role Technical Delivery Managers unblock issues, support the delivery team, and monitor and improve performance of the team. They use agile methodologies, learning and iterating the product and processes frequently to meet user needs. The Technical Delivery Manager will work as part of the Technology Delivery Branch in the agency's Technology Services Division. They will be engaged at an Executive Level 1 (EL1) equivalent level, which is the level expected of senior technical specialists within the Australian Public Service, and will work under the agency's organisational structure as a "Technical Delivery Lead". The Technical Delivery Lead will work closely with architecture, security, operations, product teams and external delivery partners to drive alignment between business priorities, technical strategy and delivery outcomes, thereby ensuring solutions meet clinical, operational, interoperability and security requirements. The role is accountable for delivery governance, technical assurance, risk and dependency management, vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives. It also plays a key role in strengthening the Agency's internal system integration capability by establishing delivery practices, maintaining technical standards and fostering collaboration across teams to support the ongoing evolution of Australia's national digital health ecosystem.
