The Role The Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst will ensure digital product initiatives are strategically aligned to the Department's aged care service vision, supported by robust evidence and business analysis, and designed to deliver measurable improvements in user, business and service delivery outcomes. The role will provide leadership across analysis and stakeholder engagement activities while fostering alignment between product strategy, business architecture, change initiatives and reform objectives.
