About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking a Solution Architect to provide technical leadership and guidance for very complex work, delivering high-quality professional solution architecture and design services to assigned projects or domain teams. The Role The key functions of the role include: Leading and producing solution designs, systems views and architectures using logical models of components and interfaces to meet business requirements Translating business requirements from different stakeholders into technical solutions and maintaining the integrity of business-critical systems while guiding the agreed deliverables of the end-to-end solution Assessing and measuring projects to understand critical factors for success, identifying issues and risks, and developing supporting risk mitigation strategies Preparing and facilitating workshops with stakeholders from differing backgrounds to reach a desired goal Collaborating with other specialist resources and subject matter experts, including healthcare providers, product owners and policy advisors from across the Agency and the broader Health sector, to support the development of project deliverables, program and Agency objectives Role Requirements In-depth knowledge of the ICT strategy and architecture function, with responsibility for the development, implementation, compliance and review of policies and procedures Accountability for delivery of successful outcomes based on an in-depth knowledge of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and policy requirements Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of project planning in relation to scope, time, quality, communications and risk management for solution design and project implementation activities Capacity to undertake work that is very complex or sensitive and operate under broad direction, exercising a considerable degree of independence and performing a leadership role, consistent with an Executive Level 1 position Sound decision making and judgement to produce high level policy advice, and capability to engage in complex problem solving and issues management Ability to coordinate and undertake detailed or sensitive projects that impact on strategic, political or operational outcomes for the Agency Capability to actively manage key stakeholder relationships within and outside the Agency, and to manage one or more work teams
