About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (DISR) is seeking a vendor to deliver a Video Conferencing (VC) Uplift implementation program across 17 DISR sites outside Canberra. About The project forms part of DISR's broader strategy to modernise and standardise its video conferencing environment by reducing reliance on Pexip, completing Town Hall VC deployments, supporting cinematic meeting experiences, and establishing a consistent Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) capability. Scope The successful vendor will act as DISR's implementation partner. The scope includes: Coordinating site activities across all nominated interstate locations Validating hardware deliveries Replacing existing VC equipment Installing new Cisco room technologies, including some TV installations and ceiling microphone deployments where specified Conducting post-installation testing Recording asset information Preparing removed equipment for disposal or resale Providing a single point of contact for the implementation program Scheduling and executing implementation works across all nominated interstate locations DISR will supply the hardware, escorts, and testing checklists, while the vendor must provide the installation expertise.
