This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 2 Senior Cloud Engineers to fill the role of EL2 Principle Platform Engineer (Labour Hire). The Role The EL2 Platform Engineer (Labour Hire) operates under broad direction to lead highly complex platform engineering initiatives that enable secure, scalable and reliable technology delivery across the NDIA. The role is responsible for shaping and uplifting reusable platform capabilities, cloud-native patterns, developer self-service and engineering guardrails that reduce delivery friction and support consistent, high-quality outcomes. The EL2 Platform Engineer (Labour Hire) will work closely with delivery teams, security, architecture, operations and business stakeholders to design, operate and continuously improve platform services as internal products. The role provides strategic technical advice, supports platform roadmap planning, promotes modern engineering practices and represents the NDIA in forums relating to cloud platforms, automation, reliability, secure platform engineering and developer experience. Role Requirements The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria; candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed Rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process Candidates must be Australian citizens only, and successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check A labour hire licence is required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted, applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD
