Overview Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from stallholders who would like to trade at the Starry Sari event, to be held in November 2026. The event welcomes stallholders relative to the cultural regions of South Asia, and local businesses are encouraged to apply. Eligibility Stallholders relative to the cultural regions of South Asia Offerings must be culturally relevant to the event theme Contractor Requirements Vendors must be available to trade for the full day (Sunday).
