Overview Tamworth Regional Council is inviting expressions of interest from display or exhibition stallholders for the 2027 Tamworth Country Music Festival (TCMF). This opportunity is for a stationary exhibition consisting of one or more vehicles or structures, provided primarily for the provision of information and of general interest to the public. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a stationary display exhibition consisting of one or more vehicles or structures at the festival Display traders may include, but are not limited to, animal, vehicle, local government, defence, emergency services, and local business exhibits The display must be primarily for the provision of information and of general interest to the public Contractor Requirements The following will be taken into account when assessing applications for the 2027 Tamworth Country Music Festival: The type of products sold, with preference for quality, unique, and interesting products that add value and interest to the festival for visitors, rather than novelties Special consideration will be given to vendors that display inclusion and accessibility (ordering and serving options) with their set up, such as easier access for ordering and receiving of goods at ground level The quality of the set up and how goods are displayed, supported by photographs of stock and stall set up included with the application Payment of stall fees by due date for previous stallholders, with no outstanding stall fees Behaviour of staff for previous stallholders Compliance with requests from festival organisers for previous stallholders Compliance with all terms and conditions for previous stallholders Full selection criteria are available for this opportunity. Information Requested Applicants should have the following available before applying: A scanned or photographed copy of Public Liability Insurance policy or certificate ($20 million coverage required) A digital photo of the stall and/or goods sold If applying for the Local Trading Fee, a scanned or photographed copy of a rates notice or other document showing the applicant's home address The preferred format for scanned or photographed images or documents is PDF (Adobe Acrobat), but JPEG, DOC, and DOCX are also accepted. Contract Terms and Conditions Fees for Display or Exhibition Stalls (fee is for 10 days, inclusive of GST; only 10 days available): Animals/Tours/Vehicle: $795 for a 6m x 3m space All other: $780 for a 6m x 3m space $300 per metre over 6m All applications are subject to the Display or Exhibition - Stall Terms and Conditions (PDF 222KB). Instructions to Tenderers If successful, applicants will be contacted after the closing date in October 2026.
