Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking to engage an EL1 Full Stack Engineer (Labour Hire) to undertake complex work delivering quality outcomes across NDIA functions. The Role The role covers 1 x EL1 Full Stack Engineer (Labour Hire). The role includes: Undertaking very complex work under broad direction that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the NDIA Exercising a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management within the functions Exercising sound decision-making and judgement to produce senior level advice and support Collaborating with key business stakeholders and the local full-stack team to enhance and support the development of projects within NDIA project teams Actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships Representing and negotiating on behalf of the NDIA, where required, to advance the NDIA's interests across a range of forums Role Requirements Australian citizenship is required as part of the eligibility and suitability requirement; successful candidates must furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: labour hire licences are required in the state where the specified personnel are being contracted How to Apply The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
