This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is seeking an appropriately qualified academic institution or educational consultancy to act as Academic Quality Partner for its Role Mapped Training Program (RMTP). Purpose The ODPP is implementing the RMTP to provide structured learning pathways for legal and professional staff across the organisation. The ODPP intends to engage a separate provider to develop learning modules and associated learning resources, and seeks to complement this work by engaging an academic partner to provide independent academic advice, curriculum oversight and educational quality assurance throughout the development and implementation of the program. Scope The scope includes: Acting as the Academic Quality Partner for the RMTP, working collaboratively with the ODPP Learning and Development team, Professional Development Lawyers and the external learning development provider Reviewing the overall curriculum architecture Providing expert educational advice on the program Reviewing individual learning modules as they are developed Providing recommendations to support continuous improvement across the program Providing academic endorsement of completed materials, subject to the respondent being satisfied that agreed academic and educational standards have been met Contractor Requirements Appropriately qualified academic institution or educational consultancy Capacity to provide curriculum oversight and educational quality assurance aligned to contemporary adult learning principles and recognised best practice in legal education Enquiries Contact: Greg Williams Email: Gwilliams2@odpp.nsw.gov.au Phone: 0400 150 712
