Overview Newcastle City Council is inviting proposals for the research and development of a 5-Year City Vibrancy Strategy for the City of Newcastle. Purpose The 5-Year City Vibrancy Strategy will bring together several City of Newcastle strategies and plans that currently sit independently. The aim of developing an overarching City Vibrancy Strategy is to remove duplication of actions, audiences and governance, and to better align strategic priorities across economic development, visitor economy, night-time economy, and major events, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to overall sustainable economic growth and positive community outcomes.
