Overview The Cabinet Office and Premier's Department (NSW) is providing advance notice of an upcoming Request for Tender for Facilities Management Services. Purpose The proposed procurement seeks to establish a contract for the delivery of integrated facilities management services across the NSW Government's accommodation portfolio at 52 Martin Place, Sydney, together with a number of associated satellite offices. The portfolio comprises office accommodation occupied by multiple government entities. Scope The Department is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider capable of delivering a comprehensive, customer-focused facilities management solution. The scope includes: Hard facilities management services Soft facilities management services Contractor management Maintenance coordination Help desk services Compliance management Work health and safety oversight Financial management Continuous improvement initiatives This Advance Notice is intended to inform the market of a forthcoming Request for Tender process. A detailed Scope of Services is not being issued at this stage and will be provided in the tender documentation. Contractor Requirements The Request for Tender will be open to all interested suppliers capable of demonstrating experience in the delivery of integrated facilities management services within large, multi-tenanted commercial and government environments. Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate: Organisational capability Service delivery expertise Governance arrangements Experience managing complex facilities portfolios and subcontractor networks Instructions to Tenderers It is anticipated that the tender will be released in September 2026, subject to change. The Request for Tender will include Qualifying Questions that must be answered prior to obtaining full access to the tender documentation.
