Afterhours Contact Centre

Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide After Hours Contact Centre Services for Council. Scope The scope includes: Provision of an after-hours (24x7) specialised inbound call centre to take calls on behalf of Cumberland City Council Provision of community support and service outside Council's core business hours Operation as an overflow service during peak periods Provision of business continuity support in the event of a disaster or emergency Contract Terms and Conditions Contract: Professional Services Agreement Contract Term: Two (2) years, with an option to extend for a further one (1) year period
