Integration Platform and System Implementation

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Boomi delivery partner to implement Release 1 of the Integration Platform Program. Purpose The procurement will establish a strategic enterprise integration capability that provides the foundation for future system integrations, supports the ServiceNow program, and enables a consistent, secure and governed approach to integration across the agency. Scope The engagement will deliver the following outcomes: Platform Foundation Establish AUSTRAC's enterprise Integration Platform based on the endorsed Boomi platform direction Configure and secure production, pre-production, test and development environments to support operation at the PROTECTED classification level Implement foundational platform capabilities including identity integration, secrets management, monitoring and telemetry, operational dashboards, deployment pipelines, operational runbooks and support procedures Establish governance, standards, reusable components and documentation required to support future integration delivery and ongoing platform operations Release 1 Business Use Case Deliver the first priority business integration between Aurion and ServiceNow, providing a strategic and supportable integration capability for workforce and identity data management Replace the current manual and tactical integration approach with a governed enterprise integration solution capable of supporting ongoing operational requirements Establish automated synchronisation, reconciliation, monitoring, error handling and retries, reporting and operational management capabilities required to support the integration in production Deliver an implementation that demonstrates the platform's ability to securely support future enterprise integration requirements and provides a reference model for future integrations Future Integration Enablement Develop reusable integration patterns, reference implementations and standards for future ServiceNow capabilities, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and HR Service Delivery integrations Produce architecture, interface, security and operational artefacts that can be reused across subsequent integration initiatives Provide the integration framework, implementation guidance and governance model required to support future phases of the ServiceNow program and broader enterprise integration demand Security and Assurance Support security, privacy and assurance activities required for operation within AUSTRAC's environment, including System Security Plan development, security assessment activities, Privacy Impact Assessment activities and Authority to Operate (ATO) related deliverables Support accreditation, testing and assurance activities necessary to enable the platform to operate within AUSTRAC's security and governance framework Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience delivering Boomi-based integration platforms Demonstrated experience supporting Australian Government environments Capability to deliver solutions operating at the PROTECTED classification level Ability to provide advice on the preferred Boomi licensing and acquisition approach, including assessment of available procurement models and associated commercial considerations Baseline security clearance minimum, with NV1 required for personnel accessing PROTECTED information or environments where required
