Council controls a variety of buildings and facilities throughout its Local Government area and is seeking to engage a licensed contractor to carry out work on Air Conditioning systems in these buildings as described below. 1. Specific programmed maintenance 2. Specific programmed maintenance – Large Commercial Systems 3. Reactive Maintenance 4. New Installations at various sites. Pricing and allocated time to carry out programmed maintenance per facility must be realistic. There will be no allowance for travel time or meal breaks. Council intends to appoint a single contractor for categories 1 to 3, however Council reserves the right to select a second contractor to carry out works for any specific category 1-3 depending on the results of the tender evaluation. Council reserves the right to engage a specialist contractor with specialised knowledge to resolve Reactive or breakdown issues, if it so deems necessary to minimise disruption to operations. Term - The Contract will run for two (2) years with three (3) x One (1) year extensions based on supplier performance. NON MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION can be booked with Council's Building Maintenance Coordinator between the dates of 29th June 2026 and 1st July 2026.
