About this tender
Overview Transport for NSW is inviting tenders from pre-qualified contractors under the National Prequalification Scheme to deliver the Early Works of the Appin Road and St Johns Road Intersection Upgrade. About This project is jointly/fully funded by the Australian Government. Scope The scope includes: Utilities adjustment works for the Appin Road and St Johns Road Intersection Upgrade, Early Works Relocation and new installation of utilities Tree clearing CCTV inspection of existing stormwater pipes Contractor Requirements Pre-qualification with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme at Roadworks Category R3 and Financial Level F5 Compliance with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics throughout the procurement process and any subsequent contract period Compliance with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework Compliance with the NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct Compliance with the New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement The successful contractor must be accredited under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme for 'building work' on this Project at the time of entering into the contract, and must maintain accreditation under the Scheme while the 'building work' is being carried out Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held for this opportunity. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
